We process identity, contact, customer-transaction (quotes, service, instrument data), security and cookie data to reply, perform contracts, keep calibration/service records, meet legal duties and protect systems.
Legal bases (KVKK art. 5): contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent for marketing. Data is kept only as long as the service and law require. International transfers, if any, follow KVKK safeguards.
You may request access, correction or deletion at info@esaelektronik.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.
