Gas Detector Technical Service

Repair and spares for sensors, boards, displays and communications faults.

Technical service covers spent cells, board faults, displays, pumps and communications (4-20 mA, RS485). We do not weld, drill or repaint ATEX enclosures.

Spares for Karf & Scoot, E2S, GDI and other serviced brands are supplied from stock or on order. A function test and optional calibration can be combined on the same job.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Request

    Send brand-model, target gas, quantity and whether you need field or laboratory work.

  2. 02

    Planning

    Scope, reference gas, date and any site permits are agreed; the quote is issued in writing.

  3. 03

    Calibration

    Measurement, deviation records and adjustment follow the 17025 procedure in the lab or on site.

  4. 04

    Certificate

    A traceable calibration certificate is issued, with a statement of conformity / decision rule on request.

No. We do not alter explosion-proof enclosure integrity. Repair is limited to certified spares and manufacturer instructions.
