Fixed gas detectors
Explosion-proof fixed detectors continuously monitor flammable, toxic gases and oxygen. GDSFX (display) and GD2G (no display) run on 24 VDC, IP65 aluminium, 4-20 mA, relays and RS485. ATEX II 2G Ex d IIC T6 Gb suits Zone 1/2. ESA supplies, installs and calibrates.
Portable gas detectors
Single-gas, multi-gas and portable leak detectors for personal and survey use. ATEX/IECEx models are used by field crews; ESA supplies cells, calibration and 17025 certificates after bump tests.
Flame detectors
IR/UV flame detectors see hydrocarbon and organic flames at tens of metres. IRT-110-K and IRT-021-A (explosion-proof) use 24 VDC, relays and optional 4-20 mA into fire-and-gas panels. Shipyards, military and process sites.
Gas detector control panels
GDMP series monitors gas and flame detectors with 2/4/8-channel 4-20 mA inputs, digital inputs, relays and Modbus. 220 VAC, IP65 aluminium. ESA installs, loop-tests and commissions panels.
Area warning equipment
Zone 1/2 xenon beacons (E2S BExBG05, 5 J, SIL 1/2) and break-glass manual call points (BExCP3-BG, SIL2). LM6 aluminium, dual M20 entries. They add visual and manual layers to gas-detection panels.

What is your TURKAK accreditation code?
ESA Calibration Laboratory is accredited by TURKAK to TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 under code AB-0319-K. The current scope PDF is on the documents page.
Do you perform field calibration?
Yes. If removal is impractical or downtime is limited, we plan on-site calibration. Reference gas and records follow the 17025 procedure.
What calibration interval should we use?
Follow the manufacturer, process risk and previous deviations. Six or twelve months is common for many gas detectors; do not wait after doubtful readings, shock or cell replacement.
Do you sell and install ATEX products?
Yes. We supply and commission Ex d / Zone 1-2 gas detectors, beacons and break-glass call points, including Karf & Scoot, E2S and GDI Solution.
