Gas Leak Detector Calibration

Verification of ppm leak detectors with reference gas.

Leak detectors search at ppm level; calibration includes span at the manufacturer concentration and pump/flow checks where fitted. On PID/VOC units we record lamp life and zero drift.

Refrigerant, methane and solvent leak instruments are accepted within scope. Same-day multi-instrument calibration can be planned for leak-survey crews.

How we work

    Request

    Send brand-model, target gas, quantity and whether you need field or laboratory work.

  2. 02

    Planning

    Scope, reference gas, date and any site permits are agreed; the quote is issued in writing.

  3. 03

    Calibration

    Measurement, deviation records and adjustment follow the 17025 procedure in the lab or on site.

  4. 04

    Certificate

    A traceable calibration certificate is issued, with a statement of conformity / decision rule on request.
