Cabling, installation, loop testing and commissioning of fixed gas detection.

Commissioning and installation cover cabling, glands and loop tests for fixed gas detectors, flame detectors, control panels, xenon beacons and break-glass call points.

A survey fixes zone classification, cable type, panel location and 4-20 mA / relay / Modbus topology. Handover includes alarm set-points, logic and user training.

ATEX installation rules and manufacturer manuals apply. Project engineering and documentation can be quoted separately.

    Send brand-model, target gas, quantity and whether you need field or laboratory work.

    Planning

    Scope, reference gas, date and any site permits are agreed; the quote is issued in writing.

    Calibration

    Measurement, deviation records and adjustment follow the 17025 procedure in the lab or on site.

  4. 04

    Certificate

    A traceable calibration certificate is issued, with a statement of conformity / decision rule on request.
