Quality policy
ISO/IEC 17025 quality policy: impartiality, traceability, competent staff.
The quality policy of ESA Elektronik / ESA Calibration Laboratory is based on TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and TURKAK rules. Management commits to impartial, traceable and repeatable measurement results.
Staff competence, instrument maintenance, reference-gas traceability, record integrity and customer confidentiality are controlled by written procedures. Commercial pressure must not influence laboratory decisions.
Complaints, appeals and corrective actions are logged. Quality objectives are reviewed in management review. The policy is issued to all staff and read together with the published scope.
