On-site Field Calibration

Calibration at the plant without removal, using reference gas and 17025 records.

On-site field calibration applies reference gas without removing the instrument, to reduce process downtime. A point list, work permit and any scaffolding are agreed first.

Teams mobilise from Ankara or Izmir. Gas lots and ambient conditions are entered in the 17025 record; the certificate is issued in the same system as laboratory work.

How we work

    Request

    Send brand-model, target gas, quantity and whether you need field or laboratory work.

    Planning

    Scope, reference gas, date and any site permits are agreed; the quote is issued in writing.

    Calibration

    Measurement, deviation records and adjustment follow the 17025 procedure in the lab or on site.

  4. 04

    Certificate

    A traceable calibration certificate is issued, with a statement of conformity / decision rule on request.
